Kids Help Line 1800-55-1800 24 hours Toll Free Kids Help Line is Australia's only free, confidential and anonymous, telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people aged between 5 and 25.

Lifeline National Hotline 13-11-14 Need someone to talk to? We offer 24-Hour telephone counselling. Common call themes include: abuse/violence, mental illness, life direction, suicide related issues, loneliness, etc. Lifeline counsellors are ready to talk and listen no matter how big or how small the problem might seem. They are trained to offer emotional support in times of crisis or when callers may be feeling down.
